Morning cleaning

Well not quite sure what this guy is, but somehow I think he's some kind of Morning cleaning service. Yes - there is nothing to clean in streets of Chicxulub, and well the guy has no broom or anything. He has an old boat motor, wooden paddle, anchor, and two plastic buckets probably full of bait.
Still - for some reason can't stop calling him "cleaner".
